Our employees are the heart of our organization, and we're dedicated to providing them with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed. **About the Role** As a Spanish Overnight Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels. You'll use your excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues and provide industry-leading care. You'll also have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, including those who are redeeming rewards, updating their customer information, activating new cards, making payments, and processing lost or stolen cards. **Responsibilities** * Handle routine customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, digital, or chat channels * Use standard screens, scripts, and procedures to resolve customer issues * Navigate a computerized system for responding and/or troubleshooting to customer questions * Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management * Provide industry-leading care and innovative solutions to customers * Utilize multiple systems to respond to, troubleshoot, and document customer inquiries * Leverage 2 standard screens, verbatim scripts, and procedures to build the arenaflex Financial brand **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required * 1+ years of customer service experience * 1+ years of recent third shift experience * Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, back-to-back call environment * Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators * Ability to communicate verbally and in written form * Completion of a series of activities designed to evaluate specific skills, knowledge, and qualifications related to this position **Physical and Cognitive Requirements** * Primarily remain in a stationary position * No required movement about the work environment to complete the major responsibilities of the job * Primarily performed indoors in an office setting * Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and calculators * Ability to communicate verbally and in written form **Bonus Points** * If you have a high school diploma or GED * If you have 1+ years of customer service experience * If you have 1+ years of recent third shift experience **What We Offer** * 100% remote, combo, or on-site work options * A one-time allowance of $500 to cover the costs of setting up a home office * A $60 monthly payment to offset remote work expenses * A collaborative culture that's built on three core behaviors: We Play to Win, We Get Better Every Day, and We Succeed Together * Opportunities for career growth and development * A comprehensive benefits package, including paid parental leave, paid time off, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision, and health savings account * Recognition program, education assistance, commuter benefits, family support programs, and employee stock purchase plan **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!
