**The Role**
As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of our customer service team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. **Key Responsibilities**

**Preferred Experience**
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, with a strong background in customer service and problem-solving.
- Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, with a deep understanding of the industry and its complexities.
- Previous experience in a Call Center, with a strong focus on teamwork, communication, and customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with a high level of comfort using technology to manage customer interactions and data.
