About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our team, working remotely to provide exceptional support to our customers. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support to resolve issues efficiently • Perform application data entry with accuracy and attention to detail • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned, providing timely and effective support • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies, ensuring compliance with regulated guidelines • Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability to changing projects and updates • Effectively manage time and tasks, prioritizing multitasking and task management to meet performance goals • Commit to extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams Essential Qualifications • Be at least 18 years of age or older • Have a minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s and a dedicated, private, and secure workspace • Own a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the training period • Commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period • Complete a background check and health screening as part of the hiring process • Have cable/fiber broadband internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection (note: mobile internet service providers and satellite are not compatible) • Possess moderate to advanced computer skills and a high level of comfort learning new technology • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and comfort working from home • Be self-motivated and success-driven, with a strong desire to deliver exceptional customer service Preferred Experience • Previous experience in customer support or technical support role, preferably in the health insurance industry • Familiarity with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act • Previous experience in a Call Center environment, with knowledge of CRM systems and practices • Spanish Bilingual proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers What We Offer At blithequark, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
