**The Role**
As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll be working closely with our highly skilled client success team to start authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with our clients' social media audience, build relationships, and ultimately drive sales. You'll be working with a wide range of coaches in different areas of business, and your day-to-day tasks will include:
* Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours)
* Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours)
* Organic account growth and management (2 hours)
* Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
* Daily communication and management tasks (30 minutes)
**What We're Looking For**
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and has a strong interest in learning and growth. As a Social Media Sales Specialist, you'll need to have:
* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English
* A stable income in $USD
* A fully working desktop/laptop and a smartphone
* Stable internet connection
* Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
* Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil
**No previous experience is required**, but we're looking for individuals who are 100% confident in their English skills and are eager to learn and grow. If you're a creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, we want to hear from you!
