**Job Summary:**
As an Experienced Short-Term Rental Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to guest inquiries and questions in a timely and accurate manner, utilizing Airbnb, VRBO, and OwnerRez platforms. You'll also be involved in guest data collection, screening, and scheduling phone calls with our senior team members. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless guest experience, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Respond to guest inquiries and questions within 15 minutes with 95% accuracy and within an hour with 100% accuracy, 24/7
* Utilize Airbnb, VRBO, and OwnerRez platforms to respond to guest inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication
* Document each inquiry and response in an Excel spreadsheet, tracking guest data and conversion rates across all platforms
* Screen and schedule guest and prospective guest phone calls for senior team members, avoiding unnecessary phone calls whenever possible
* Conduct guest vetting, ensuring that guests meet our booking criteria and guidelines
* Collaborate with senior team members to create cleaning and maintenance protocols, ensuring seamless guest experiences
* Update calendars and perform recurring tasks to improve search rankings and drive business growth
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in using Airbnb, VRBO, and OwnerRez platforms, as well as Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive business growth
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in an offshore or remote customer service environment
* Familiarity with data-driven insights and analytics tools
* Strong knowledge of the short-term rental industry, including market trends and best practices
* Experience with guest vetting and screening processes
* Certification in customer service or a related field
