Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Lead & Mentor: Use your expertise in Unreal Engine to guide fellow designers, ensuring the team adheres to best practices and enhances their technical skillset. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to help team members grow and develop their skills.

Essential Qualifications
- Expertise in Unreal Engine: Proficiency in Unreal Engine (Blueprint, UMG, Animation Blueprint, and gameplay systems) is essential for this role.
- 3D Math Fundamentals: A strong grasp of 3D math fundamentals is required, including vector math, matrix operations, and geometric transformations.
- C++ Programming: Proficiency in C++ programming is necessary, including experience with object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Technical Design Experience: At least 2+ years of experience in a technical design role, with at least one title shipped using Unreal Engine, is required.
- Multiplayer Game Development: Experience with multiplayer game development, including network programming, latency compensation, and synchronization, is essential.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary, including experience working with cross-functional teams, writing design specifications, and communicating with stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Additional Programming Languages: Familiarity with additional programming languages like Python, C#, or Lua is desirable, including experience with scripting languages and data-driven design.
