With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, which include 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.
**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our VOC team and help drive the transformation and innovation of our customer experience methodology. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and our Agile team in Technology to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge solutions that deliver exceptional customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and capture business needs
* Develop and leverage knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform
* Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performing data processing and standardized metric definitions
* Develop and deliver large-scale and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions that ensure data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at various and use case levels
* Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
* Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
* Proactively identify and automate routine tasks to improve best and efficiency
* Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique
**Essential and Preferred Qualifications**
* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years
* Strong collaboration skills with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups
* Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
* Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure
* Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles

* Strong technical skills in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
