As a Senior Manager of Forecasting, you'll play a critical role in developing and implementing contact forecasts that will drive cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions for our Customer Service (CS) network. You'll be responsible for managing a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, and will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating strong initiative, team leadership, project management, and quantitative skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Manager of Forecasting, you'll be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing contact forecasts that drive cost-effective and comprehensive global capacity planning solutions for our CS network
* Managing a team of analysts and managers across multiple countries, and leading by example to demonstrate strong initiative, team leadership, project management, and quantitative skills
* Analyzing various sources of data to identify trends and patterns, and using this information to inform forecasting decisions
* Developing and maintaining relationships with senior CS leadership to ensure that forecasts are aligned with business objectives
* Participating in strategic long-term planning initiatives to drive business growth and improvement
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in forecasting/planning, with a strong background in data analysis and interpretation
* Experience managing a team of analytic professionals, including hiring, development, and performance management
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share findings in an understandable and actionable manner
* Ability to lead successfully in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* An MBA or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or other business/analytical disciplines
* Experience in forecasting, time-series, and multivariate regression
* A combination of technical skills and business savvy to interface with all levels and disciplines across the organization
* Proven track record of dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering results in a dynamic environment
* Experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, etc.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
* Natural curiosity and desire to learn
