Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from members and providers regarding claims status, benefits, eligibility, PPO participation, and other related inquiries
- Maintain department-established performance metrics at a meets or exceeds expectations level
- Collaborate with the team and apply the arenaflex Core Values in day-to-day operations, including creating a differentiated service experience, demonstrating service discipline, handling service challenges, and providing solutions to constituent needs
- Work across boundaries to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries

- Call center experience and medical terminology/insurance knowledge
- Experience working in a production environment
