Job Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for impacting and executing the marketing process of Wayfair's buyer funding items, driving both new customer acquisition and reuse. You will lead daily business activities of our funding programs, including payment processing or settlement issues, liaising with internal partners across Finance, Fraud, Order Handling, and Sales and Service teams to drive goal achievement. Your analytical skills will be essential in dissecting program performance, identifying trends, and setting out opportunities for improvements while responding to deviations from the original plan rapidly and decisively.
Key Responsibilities
- Impact and execute the marketing process of Wayfair's buyer funding items, driving both new customer acquisition and reuse
- Lead daily business activities of our funding programs, including payment processing or settlement issues, liaising with internal partners across Finance, Fraud, Order Handling, and Sales and Service teams to drive goal achievement
- Analyze program performance, identify trends, and set out opportunities for improvements while responding to deviations from the original plan rapidly and decisively
- Support strategic relationships with your program's third-party partners to maximize business opportunities available
- Collaborate with functional leads in Product, Engineering, Analytics to influence and drive initiatives that improve the customer experience while driving profitable growth to Wayfair
- Maintain industry expertise and blend opportunities from market and competitive trends
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in marketing, management consulting, business strategy, startup/tech, or finance, with at least 2+ years of experience. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use data from multiple sources to tell a compelling story, tailor your communication style according to the audience, and influence others.

- 2+ years of experience, preferably in marketing, management consulting, business strategy, startup/tech, or finance
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
