Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

- Have experience working with operating systems (Windows) and using Office Suites (Word, Outlook, and Excel).

Preferred Qualifications

- 1+ year of experience in a live channel B2B/customer service environment, with at least 6 months of experience in a similar role.

- Typing skills of 30 words per minute with an accuracy of 93% or higher.
