**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Seasonal Customer Service Representative – PSP, you will be responsible for:
* Providing a friendly welcome to arenaflex and ensuring a seamless experience for visitors and coworkers
* Collaborating with all stakeholders to ensure customer service needs are met, including efficient and accurate transfer of information through various methods
* Increasing customer satisfaction by understanding and promptly addressing customers' needs, which may include identifying and offering additional arenaflex services
* Responding to vendor, customer, and team member questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner
* Accurately receiving, dispatching, and processing customer purchases and fuel transactions in accordance with company procedures
* Maintaining a working knowledge of arenaflex's facilities, services, website, surrounding areas, and other information commonly asked about by arenaflex's customers and other visitors
* Replenishing complementary beverages/supplies, as outlined in the facility appearance standard
* Enforcing good cleanliness practices through daily inspections in assigned areas for good hygiene, neatness, and compliance with regulations and policies, and taking corrective actions as needed
* Providing visitors with a wide array of concierge services, including arranging reservations for hotel stays, ground transportation, catering, and customs appointments as requested
* Assisting pilots with access to airport and weather information, portals, and computers
* Assisting visitors with their luggage in the FBO and outside to/from aircraft, Marshall aircraft, wing walking, placing chocks and cones, and assisting line service personnel as needed
* Abiding by emergency response procedures when critical events occur
* Recommending improvements to arenaflex's standards, administrative procedures, facilities, methods, and practices to the appropriate arenaflex management personnel
* Exhibiting a positive attitude, consideration, and courtesy to everyone at all times
* Understanding, complying with, and enforcing all security (physical, cyber, and data) protocols as dictated by arenaflex and the airport
* Creating accurate records pertaining to time worked and activities and services performed
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
* Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in the aviation industry or a related field
* Familiarity with airport operations and procedures
* Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Ability to speak multiple languages
