**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for performing routine customer service phone support to client-specific needs. This is a seasonal position, and we're only considering candidates and hiring for this position in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and West Virginia.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform routine customer service phone support to client-specific needs
* Work under regular supervision to ensure exceptional service delivery
* Utilize phone and computer systems to provide efficient and effective support
* Develop strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their customers
* Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and their customers
* Stay composed and objective in high-pressure situations
* Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate a commitment to making lives better, one interaction at a time
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required; graduation from a college with an Associate's degree preferred
* Customer service experience, preferably in a phone-related customer service environment
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
* May require client-specific bilingual language requirement, as necessary
* Knowledge of product/procedures and ability to use phone and computer systems
* Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and strong listening/comprehension skills

* Experience working in a call-center environment
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Bilingual language skills, as necessary
