**Responsibilities:**
As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers to deliver an exceptional support experience
* Working with a dynamic team to resolve customer issues and provide memorable and delightful experiences
* Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and industry trends

* Applicants residing within a 50-mile radius of our local sites may only be considered for onsite job openings
* Must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, North Dakota, Nebraska, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, West Virginia, or Wyoming
**Qualifications:**
* Flexible to the needs of the business
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* 18 years of age

* Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
* Required Internet Speed: 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
* Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)
* Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment
* Desk and an ergonomic chair
