As a Sales Leader at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to lead and motivate sales and clinical teams to achieve exceptional results. **Responsibilities**
As a Sales Leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
* Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
* Directing the sales performance in specified regions
* Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
* Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
* Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to the needs of sales
* Leading difficult sales negotiations, especially with larger prospects
* Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization to support region growth
**Essential Qualifications**
* Proven success in sales leadership roles, with a track record of achieving sales goals and growing teams
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop sales and clinical teams
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with executives, managers, and customers
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the medical device industry, with knowledge of circulatory and respiratory support products
* Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies that result in the achievement of sales goals
* Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze and interpret data
* Experience with sales force automation tools and CRM systems
* Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays
