**Job Summary:**
As a Retail Sales Associate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, offer personalized recommendations, and resolve any issues that may arise. In addition to your customer-facing responsibilities, you'll also be responsible for data entry, inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Engage with customers and provide assistance with products and services, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
* Process transactions, handle returns, exchanges, and refunds, and maintain accurate records.
* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and inventory.
* Recommend products and services to customers, and suggest trade-ups and/or companion products.
* Implement agency asset protection strategies to prevent and reduce losses.
* Ensure compliance with local and national laws regarding regulated products.
* Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
* Assist with the separation of food products and product placement according to policies and procedures.
* Provide customer support in the photo department, including virtual passport image services, poster print, and innovative machine services.
* Assume net pickup responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and providing orders to customers.
* Assist with outdoor and interior maintenance, ensuring a clean, neat, and orderly store environment.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures, and maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
* Complete unique assignments and other responsibilities as assigned.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in any field.
* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
* Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Six months of experience in a retail environment.
* Prior experience with arenaflex.
