**Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Greeting customers and teammates with a smile, and proactively approaching customers to understand their needs and support their shopping experience
* Serving as the primary customer service provider at the front end and liaison between customers and management
* Providing register coverage as needed and ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions
* Upholding company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards, etc.
* Collaborating with teammates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer experiences
* Participating in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Staying up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to provide informed and engaging customer interactions
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and teammates
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with visual merchandising and inventory management
