**Job Description**
As a Retail Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our Moorhead, MN store. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications
* Recommending the right solutions for customers' needs, taking into account their budget, preferences, and project requirements

**Essential Qualifications**
