As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences through your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and commitment to excellence. **Key Responsibilities**
• **Customer Experience Expert**: Greet every customer with a smile, proactively approach them to understand their needs, and provide personalized support to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• **Primary Customer Service Provider**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues, and providing solutions to their queries.
• **Register Coverage**: Provide register coverage as needed, ensuring strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions.
• **Team Support**: Assist the manager with department scheduling, directing workflow, daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation standards.
• **Merchandising and Presentation**: Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following established floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• **Training and Development**: Promote and provide training to new and current teammates on company programs, including customer loyalty programs, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, and more.
• **Confidentiality and Compliance**: Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality of all company information.

**Qualifications**

• **Extended Work Periods**: Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• **Repetitive Motions**: Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).
**Compensation and Benefits**
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a targeted pay range of $13.50 - $20.50 per hour, with a starting rate of pay based on factors such as location, experience, and position offered.
