Our team is passionate about helping businesses succeed, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our values and enthusiasm. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Retail Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, and operating a wide range of equipment to meet customer needs. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that every customer leaves our store feeling valued and satisfied. If you're a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for learning, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** * Deliver exceptional customer experiences by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs * Provide expert advice on print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions, including recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services * Operate and maintain a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment * Assemble parcels and prepare goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels * Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly retail store, including cleaning, repairing, and stocking equipment and supplies * Process financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS), including handling cash and making change * Complete required financial paperwork and assist with financial reporting, including daily sales, close-outs, and bank deposits * Follow FedEx Office standard operating procedures and adhere to legal, HR, safety, customer service, and security policies and procedures **Essential Qualifications and Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent education * 6+ months of specialized experience in a retail or customer service environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods * Ability to move and lift 55 pounds * Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis * Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members on a consistent basis * Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction on a consistent basis * Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure on a consistent basis * Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time on a consistent basis * Ability to work with minimal supervision on a consistent basis * Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the arenaflex business **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a retail or customer service environment * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions * Ability to operate a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment * Experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and financial reporting software * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide excellent customer service **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team environment * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy * Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain independence * Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional customer experiences * Ability to operate a wide range of equipment, including printing, binding, and shipping equipment * Knowledge of print, signs & graphics, and shipping solutions * Experience with Point of Sale terminals (POS) and financial reporting software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills and careers.
