**Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing consultative behaviors in a retail environment to understand each customer's individualized needs
* Demonstrating expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines, and recommending appropriate careerzynith products and services
* Providing outstanding customer service experiences by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs
* Ensuring all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer
* Taking complex customer orders using order systems and providing accurate pricing information
* Assembling parcels and preparing goods for shipping by wrapping items in insulation, inserting items into shipping containers, weighing packages, and affixing labels to parcels
* Setting up and operating printing, binding, and other related equipment using customer-supplied original media and documents
* Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly retail store environment
**Essential Qualifications and Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent education
* 6+ months of specialized experience in customer service, retail, or a related field
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to stand during entire shifts, excluding meal and rest periods
* Ability to move and lift 55 pounds
* Ability to perform work activities requiring cooperation and instruction
* Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure
* Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the careerzynith business
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience in a retail or customer-facing environment
* Knowledge of printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines
* Ability to operate a Point of Sale terminal (POS) and process financial transactions
* Experience with inventory management and stock control
* Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
