**Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service and Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences that exceed our customers' expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering excellent service to arenaflex customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products.
* Understanding and proactively staying up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
* Supporting your peers throughout the store as needed by sharing knowledge about arenaflex's products, services, and purchase options, and assisting in offering ownership opportunities.
* Maintaining accuracy and following guidance.
* Performing other tasks as needed, including but not limited to providing customer service and support in other areas of the store.
* Contributing to an inclusive environment by respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn.
* Demonstrating arenaflex's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
