**Job Summary**
As a Remote Sales Chat Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Advertising and promoting shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace using our user-friendly software
* Responding to customer inquiries via chat, following up with them, and encouraging them to place an order
* Closing sales directly on the chat by sending invoices from our company's system
* Collaborating with our closers to ensure seamless sales processes and exceptional customer experiences
* Managing and maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction
**Key Responsibilities**
* Generate leads and advertise shipping containers on Facebook Marketplace
* Respond to customer inquiries via chat and follow up with them to encourage sales
