**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Live Chat Manager, you'll be responsible for:
* **Leading a team of remote live chat agents**: You'll be responsible for managing a team of remote live chat agents, providing feedback and coaching to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
* **Monitoring live chat conversations**: You'll be responsible for monitoring live chat conversations to provide feedback and coaching to agents, and to identify areas for improvement.
* **Developing and implementing strategies**: You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of live chat operations, including process improvements and technology enhancements.
* **Collaborating with other departments**: You'll be responsible for collaborating with other departments, including customer service, sales, and marketing, to address customer issues and provide solutions.
* **Analyzing data and performance metrics**: You'll be responsible for analyzing data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for improvement.
* **Training new agents**: You'll be responsible for training new agents on live chat software and best practices, and for providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
* **Escalated customer inquiries**: You'll be responsible for taking escalated customer inquiries and providing resolutions in a timely manner.
**Requirements**
To be successful as a Remote Live Chat Manager, you'll need:

* **Excellent critical thinking skills**: You'll need to be able to analyze complex data and performance metrics, and to make data-driven decisions.
* **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**: You'll need to be able to work independently, as well as part of a team, and to be able to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders.
* **Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and live chat software**: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as live chat software.
* **High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
