**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Inside Sales / Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* **Sales Calls**: Handle sales calls and convert them into scheduled cleaning services, constantly striving to meet weekly sales targets.
* **Sales Funnels**: Build and maintain sales funnels to maximize conversion rates.
* **Client Satisfaction**: Ensure client satisfaction through phone, text, and email communication.
* **Digital Marketing**: Conduct digital marketing projects to boost lead volume, online bookings, and conversion rates.
* **Reporting**: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports and statistics.
* **Scheduling**: Must be a great scheduler. Support Employee Engagement Manager when needed.
* **AI Integration**: Embrace the integration of AI technology into our sales and marketing processes.

**Compensation:**
