Must be able to work any 8-hour shift between 8a-10p EST and be available to work Saturdays. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Managing High-Volume Inbound Calls**: Respond to and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. * **Conducting Outbound Calls**: Make proactive calls to customers to provide updates and follow-up on their applications. * **Providing Accurate Information**: Ensure that customers receive accurate and up-to-date information about their applications and services. * **Following a Call Script**: Adhere to established call scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions. * **Multitasking**: Manage multiple internal system programs simultaneously to provide seamless customer service. * **Following Company Policies**: Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **1 Year or More of Recent Call Center Experience**: Proven experience in a call center environment is essential. * **Healthcare Experience**: While not required, experience in the healthcare industry is a plus. * **Multi-Tasking and Dual Monitor Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks and use dual monitors to provide efficient customer service. * **Quiet Workstation with High-Speed Internet**: A quiet and dedicated workspace with high-speed internet and modem access is required. * **Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service. * **Active Listening and Problem-Solving Ability**: Ability to listen actively and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * **Basic Computer Proficiency**: Proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating systems is required. * **Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy**: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in customer interactions. * **HS Diploma/Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * **Experience with CRM Systems**: Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus. * **Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations**: Understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance is beneficial. * **Bilingual or Multilingual Skills**: Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an asset. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
