As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data related to dental insurance claims processing. This is a remote contract position, open to candidates residing in the United States, with a preference for those in the PT or MT time zones. The contract is initially for 6-8 months, with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks related to dental insurance claims processing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Download and upload images from a client portal to the Overjet portal, maintaining the integrity of sensitive patient information.
- Ensure timely entry of data into our systems, meeting deadlines and productivity standards.
- Adhere to HIPAA policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive patient information, upholding the highest standards of data security and compliance.
Essential Qualifications
- Prior experience in data entry, preferably in a healthcare or dental insurance setting.
- Familiarity with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry, although not essential, is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, with a proven track record of meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace that meets our technical requirements.
- Ability to work core US business hours, preferably in PT or MT time zones, and commit to a regular schedule of 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

- Experience working with dental insurance claims or healthcare data entry software.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and guidelines for maintaining patient confidentiality.
