As a Provider Data Services Senior Coordinator at blithequark, you will be responsible for overseeing reviews of provider data, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Offer functional support and perform data entry and cleanup for data transfers, ranging from simple to complex tasks.
- Perform more complicated data exchanges and maintenance related to projects, implementations, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure quality provider data for our members.
- Maintain and update provider segment and agreement data, including sensitive or complex transactions, in appropriate systems to support claims settlement and provider catalog.
- Work cooperatively with internal and external constituents to implement new partnerships and complex administrative arrangements.
- Identify, analyze, and direct root cause investigations and collaborate cross-functionally within the organization to suggest process improvements.
- Conduct and oversee reviews of provider data and escalate issues for resolution as necessary.
Essential Qualifications
- 1-2 years of provider-related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel.
- Provider Data Maintenance experience.
- Past production environment experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPB or EPDB knowledge.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven success in collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations.
- Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications.
Education
A High School Diploma or equivalent work experience is required for this role.

Compensation and Benefits
