**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry and Administrative Support Specialist with Online Chat Expertise, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. Your responsibilities will include:
### Data Entry

### Additional Responsibilities
* Perform data entry in EMR, preparing information for accurate and efficient entry
* Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function, assisting with routine tasks and projects as needed
* Perform high-volume data entry work, maintaining attention to detail and meeting productivity standards
* Complete clerical functions or data entry tasks, applying your organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Operate data entry devices to perform a variety of keypunching data entry and verification duties, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Review and verify data prior to entry, maintaining data quality and integrity
* Perform daily audits and data entry corrections, identifying and resolving errors to ensure data accuracy and consistency
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field, with a strong understanding of data entry software and systems
