**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist (P&C), you'll play a crucial role in helping our existing customers make changes to their current insurance policies from one of our 55+ insurance carrier partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to inbound calls from existing customers
* Processing service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
* Helping customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or making changes to existing policies
* Working to retain Jerry policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to existing customers via phone, ensuring a positive experience and resolving issues efficiently
* Process service requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and minimal errors
* Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their requirements
* Work closely with the insurance carrier partners to resolve issues and ensure seamless policy management
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments, insurance regulations, and company policies to provide informed support
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the insurance industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple requests simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working with insurance policies and regulations
* Knowledge of the insurance industry, including product offerings and carrier partnerships
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**
* Competitive hourly wage: $18.00 - 21.00
* We will pay for your P&C license (expected within 60 days after starting)
