We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Support Specialist to join our team, where you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to customers through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages. **Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support specialists as needed
* Utilize Zendesk to manage customer interactions, track issues, and maintain accurate records
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills to provide expert support to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates, customer satisfaction scores, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer support, preferably in a higher education setting
* Strong technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
