**Job Summary**
As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, from initial consultation to post-travel follow-up. You'll work closely with our team to customize travel experiences, process payments, and maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors. **Responsibilities**
* Prepare, plan, and execute travel sales, including airline, car rental, cruises, hotels, tickets/events, and activities
* Process payments on behalf of the client
* Provide all necessary documents to clients before and after travel
* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain relationships with travel partners and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Work well in a group/team setting, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
* Stay up-to-date on the travel industry and policies, completing required certification and ongoing training with our company and travel partners
* Complete required certification within a timely manner
* Complete ongoing training with our company and travel partners
**Skills and Requirements**
* Must be 18 years of age or older, and be a resident of the United States
* Must have a smartphone and/or a computer, with reliable internet access
* Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively
* Ability to make travel and event recommendations based on clients' interests
* Ability to manage time and be organized
* Attention to accuracy and detail
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Computer and Internet knowledge
* Personal travel experience is not required but will be considered an advantage
