We're now seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. As a key member of our dispatch team, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound phone calls, scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department, and contributing to a positive team atmosphere. **Job Role**
As an careerzynith Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
* Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
* Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians to confirm appointments and provide updates
* Routing technicians based on location to ensure efficient service delivery
* Collaborating with the dispatch team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
* Adhering to careerzynith's policies and procedures, including those related to customer service, data management, and team communication
**Schedule**
Our Remote Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will work from home Monday to Friday, with the following schedule:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break)
* Wednesday: In-office work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (one-hour lunch break)
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Previous call center experience, with a minimum of one year in a similar position
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum speed of 70 words per minute
* Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia
* Accurate documentation skills, with the ability to enter information into our customer database (Service Titan)
