**Job Overview**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing outstanding customer service to our customers via phone, chat, and email. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and addressing any concerns related to travel. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for delivering exceptional service will make you a valuable asset to our team.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

* Troubleshoot issues with reservations and provide solutions in a timely manner.

**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in customer service is preferred.

* Proficiency in using computers and various software applications; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
