**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, disconnect/reconnect, payment arrangements, budget billings, making payments, processing trouble and outage orders, and assisting with My Account (online accounts).
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior representatives.
* Utilizing computer navigation skills to access and update customer information, process transactions, and complete tasks.
* Maintaining accurate records, adhering to company policies and procedures, and meeting productivity and quality standards.
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
**Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Prior Call Center Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
* **Great Attendance**: A strong attendance record, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* **Computer Navigation Skills**: Proficiency in using computer systems, software, and applications to access and update customer information, process transactions, and complete tasks.
* **Typing Speed**: A minimum typing speed of 35-40 WPM, with accuracy and attention to detail.
* **Great Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
* **Multitasking Skills**: The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
* **Adaptability**: A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities, policies, and procedures.
**Technical Requirements**
For remote positions, the minimum internet speed requirements are:
* **Broadband Internet Connection**: A broadband internet connection, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload.
* **Hard Wired Connection**: A hard-wired connection, with no Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots.
* **Camera Requirements**: A camera is required to be on during training from start to end of each shift (not including breaks and lunches).
