Our team is built on a foundation of mutual respect, trust, and open communication, and we're committed to building a positive and motivating work environment, even in a remote setting. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer experiences consistently * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple tasks and projects * Participating in extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills * A high level of comfort learning new technology * High level of professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfort working from home and being self-motivated and success-driven * Ability to commit to full attendance during the 3-week training period * Passing a background check and health screening * Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired Ethernet connection (Ethernet connection is not the same as Wi-Fi internet access or Wi-Fi adapter/extenders) **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, particularly in the health insurance industry, is a plus.
