Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at careerzynith. - Process Refunds and Vouchers: Process refunds, vouchers, and compensation requests according to company guidelines, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Other Departments: Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and ensure timely resolution, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the organization.
