About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a full-time position, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, and can be performed remotely or in-office if located in a desired area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain and update a customer "Sales lead" database to ensure accurate and efficient tracking of customer interactions
- Respond to routine customer questions and concerns promptly, providing timely and effective solutions
- Identify and assess customer inquiries to achieve customer satisfaction, escalating issues as necessary
- Develop a strong knowledge of blithequark's products, processes, and services to provide informed and effective support
- Maintain an efficient calendar of day-to-day activities, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring continuous improvement and growth
- Perform all duties assigned by management, contributing to the overall success of the customer service team

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
