As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. We're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills, and we're excited to see where your career takes you. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include: * Handling and carefully responding to all customer inquiries * Providing excellent customer service through active listening * Working with confidential customer information and treating it sensitively * Aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive * Appropriately communicating with customers **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 6 months of customer service experience * Over 18 years of age * Ability to type 25 wpm * High School Graduate or GED * Comfort with desktop computer systems * Proven oral and written communication skills * Ability to recognize referral needs for customers * Ability to work in an environment free from paper and electronics (outside of arenaflex provided equipment) * Ability to have a dedicated workspace free of distractions **What We Prefer** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * 6 months of call center experience * Logical problem-solving skills * Availability to work various shifts * Ability to use Windows operating systems * Organization and work prioritization skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure your success as a remote Customer Service Representative, you'll need: * Internet Connection Requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 25.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Be Part of Our arenaflex Family** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture of inclusion and diversity, where everyone feels welcome and valued.
