**Job Description**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they're completely satisfied. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues.

* Comfortable working with computer systems, customer service software, and CRM tools.
* A reliable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
