Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through a range of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing product and service information. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions as needed, ensuring that accurate and up-to-date information is available.
- Understand internal and external proprietary software and troubleshoot common issues with customers, providing solutions and escalating complex issues as needed.
- Internally assist colleagues and managers with various other tasks that may arise, demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Essential Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Must be proactive and able to prioritize work, managing multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a reliable computer with a hard drive of 20 GB or more of available space and 60 GB or more of total space.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, with a hard-wired connection (no wireless) and a minimum speed of 10 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a call center or customer service environment.
- Knowledge of proprietary software and systems.
- Experience working with clients in a virtual environment.
