**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our call center team, providing exceptional support to our clients' customers. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-related requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates, and more. You'll work closely with our clients' systems, databases, and documentation to ensure seamless customer experiences.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, providing problem resolution in accordance with arenaflex's service standards
* Receive and/or place telephone calls, using routine and standardized scripts, as well as deviation from standard screens and procedures when necessary
* Answer customer telephone inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints, responding where applicable or directing to technical/service areas
* Maintain detailed and current knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, as well as assigned clients' products and services
* Analyze customer service needs for communication to service and technical departments, when applicable
* Navigate computerized data entry systems or other relevant applications to enter required data into client-provided systems and databases
* Determine basic reasons for customer issues using client-provided decision trees and escalate or refer unresolved customer grievances and requests to more experienced Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution
**What We're Looking For**
* **Minimum Qualifications**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ 6 months minimum call center experience, either remote or onsite
* **Desired Skills and Capabilities**
+ Acquires and applies job skills and learns arenaflex policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
+ Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision outside of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
+ Normally receives detailed instructions and follows established procedures on all work, requires instructions on all assignments, and works under close supervision
