**Job Description**
As a Customer Service Representative on our Amazon chat support team, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences through live chat on our platform. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner. **Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
