About the Role
We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our CX Solutions team. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, management, and customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Reliable private internet connection, with a secure home office environment that meets our technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
