**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Chat Support Agent, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat, email, and social media. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer support and resolve complex issues
* Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer support processes and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**
