* Documenting customer interactions and troubleshooting steps to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with customers
* Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
