**Responsibilities**
As a Remote Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
* Providing product and service information to customers, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings
* Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
* Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review

**Qualifications**
