About the Role
As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Customer Experience team, assisting customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their supplemental benefits. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to supplemental benefits in a timely and professional manner
- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, ensuring excellent customer service and communication skills
- Navigate multiple systems to provide accurate and comprehensive solutions to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High-speed internet requirement of 25 download/10 upload (hardwired, no Wi-Fi, wireless, or satellite internet permitted)
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules
- 6 months of customer service experience (previous experience in a call center environment is a plus)
- A distraction-free workspace and ability to work independently
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment
- Familiarity with supplemental benefits, such as Flexible and Health Savings Accounts
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software or other call center technology
