At arenaflex, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we are dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a high level of safety awareness and adhering to all safety procedures and protocols. * Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a Ramp Agent, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that requires flexibility and adaptability. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, and you may be required to work early morning to overnight shifts.
