**Job Description:**
As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:
* Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control group in ideal data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.
* Helping to create and deliver results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders.
* Assisting in exploring ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing logical answers to enable Senior Leaders to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibilities.
* Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations by using data visualization tools supporting the relevant marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
* Helping to create and disseminate specific questions to pull and coordinate data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements.
* Identifying irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and conveying findings to the Group.
* Assessing the effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors
* Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision
* May perform other work responsibilities as directed by Group Leader.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., data analysis, statistics, mathematics, computer science, or business administration)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large amounts of data with care and accuracy
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey ideas and present written or verbal reports to diverse audiences
* Ability to evaluate business issues, identify valuable opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of data visualization tools and capacities (e.g., Tableau, Alteryx, QuickBase)
* Ability to grasp the issue, summarize, and perform root cause analysis on data, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning
* Willingness to work independently in a team-oriented support/group-based environment
* Ability to focus on responsibilities seriously and be a self-motivated individual
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Past internship, capstone project, or research coursework experience in a related field
* Ability to work really in major areas of strength for a help/group situated climate
* Past internship experience in a connected field
* Ability to manage sensitive and confidential data appropriately
* Ability to plan and support large business initiatives
